I just returned from the Philippines yesterday and what an amazing experience it was! We had about 80 girls attend the volleyball camp and though their tiny arms were bruised by the balls, their knees scrapped from diving on the ground and their shirts soaked from the massive amount of humidity, their smiles said it all!!! They simply fell in love with the game, the staff and most importantly, Jesus. Their kindness and sincerity touched my life and my heart greatly misses them already.

We are so glad you are back safe and that you had a wonderful time. I wanted to tell you that I serve at church with a lady named Bonnie Grandy who's daughter was looking to play volleyball with you at BSU, but now she plays in San Fran. Small world.
Welcome back. I can't wait to hear about your trip. Two questions 1) do you love my peoples and 2) did you bring back a Weapons of Moroland wall hanging for RD?
Incidentally, the Phillipines (Phillipines Foursquare) is one of the places Coastlands now has quite a strong relationship with. In fact, my dad went on a mission trip there last year (or the year before, maybe?), and my mom's leading one there later this year...
That has nothing to do with much, but I just thought it was interesting. I know your dad's been going there forever, and it sounds like you're taking up the torch. That's so great, Kel!
