This summer we got to go to Disneyland and bring our nephew Tanner with us!!! There is nothing more special than being able to share the dumbo ride, mint juleps, Pirates of the Caribbean and mickey mouse ears with a child. . .especially one as cute and fun as the Tan-Man!!!!!

This has nothing to do with your post, but I was looking at your blog and was shocked (I don't know why) that you were reading books I'd recently devoured (Glass Castle, Beautiful Boy), and that you loved some of the same music I do, (The Shins are some of my all-time faves in the last three-ish years).
I don't know why it struck me, and it means nothing, really, but that we still have similar taste, even 10++ years later was weirdly neat, and like I said, shocked me. I know, I'm the one who's weird, right?? =)
We had so much fun at Disneyland and in Hawaii!! We love you Aunt Kelle!
